PURPOSE: A used car information using network and trading system are provided to enhance the winning bid possibility of a user by heading two-stage auction when user tries to sell a used car. CONSTITUTION: An average information generation module(120) includes a news information generator(121), a market price stream perceiving unit(122), and a market price change factor analysis unit(124). A news information generator creates news information extracting a news containing a used car price change factor. A market price trend grasp unit grasps the variation transition of a used car market price and then market price information is created. The market price change factor analysis unit extracts a sudden change point which has bigger increase and decrease rate than time flowing. The market price change factor analysis unit grasps a sensitization factor of a cost at the around point of time'.
