Puffer fish soup with bee wood and its manufacturing method and puffer fish cuisine using same

摘要

PURPOSE: Globefish broth using acer tegmentosum, a manufacturing method thereof, and a globefish dish using the same are provided to improve taste of a globefish and the globefish broth by using the acer tegmentosum. CONSTITUTION: Globefish broth using acer tegmentosum is manufactured by putting bay salt in first broth compositions consisting of radish, green onion, anchovy, dried Laminaria japonica and the acer tegmentosum. A manufacturing method of the globefish broth includes a step for boiling all ingredients in water for 1 hour and a step for brewing the ingredient in water with the bay salt for 10 minutes.
