PURPOSE: An automated microscope is provided to stably supply a slide for a microscope by using a slider loader and a slide guide unit. CONSTITUTION: A magazine loader(150) accurately positions a slide magazine(110) through a beam sensor(140). A slide transfer unit(170) transfers a slide from a slide magazine to a microscope(20). A slide mount(180) supports the slide and stably fixes the slide. A microscope(190) connects the slide to a PC for driving the microscope and inspects the slide.
