PURPOSE: A method for preparing biocompatible nanoparticle containing insoluble drug using solvent-evaporation is provided to effectively solubilize insoluble drug and to control drug release rate. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing biocompatible nanoparticles containing insoluble drug comprises: a step of mixing triblock copolymer of chemical formula 2(HO(C_2H_4O)_a(C_3H_6O)_b(C_2H_4O)_cH), polyethylene glycol of chemical formula 3(HO-(CH_2-CH_2-O)_n-H), surfactant and insoluble drug in an organic solvent at 30-70C; a step of completely dissolving the mixture and cooling; a step of freeze-drying to solidify; and a step of dissolving the mixture in phosphate buffer solution to obtain nanoparticle in which the insoluble drug is encapsulated. The triblock copolymer is poloxamer. The organic solvent is methanol, ethanol, isopropanol, tetrahydrofurane(THF), methylene chloride, or ethyl acetate.
