PURPOSE: A battery case inspecting device for vehicles is provided to reduce the manpower by inspecting through an automating equipment rather than the determination or sensation of an operator.;CONSTITUTION: A battery case inspecting device for vehicles comprises a gauge(P), four guide pipes(13') and an air cylinder(14). The gauge checks the air pressure of the upper supporting plate(12) of a table(2) having a case settling portion(21). An elevation guide stick(13) is inserted into the four guide pipes. The air supplying device is installed in the lower portion of a rod(14') of the air cylinder and the bottom of the elevation guide stick. The air supplying device is formed into a cube structure in which inside is empty. The air cylinder rod and elevation guide stick is connected and installed in the upper surface(15') of the air supplying device. The urethane rubber in which a hole communicated with the air supply line and suction line is punched or the soft resin is equipped in the bottom surface of the air supplying device.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
