PURPOSE: A high-formability Interstitial Free steel and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve tensile strength and yield strength by adding copper and nickel, and to prevent deterioration in strength. CONSTITUTION: A high-formability IF steel is composed of titanium 0.01~0.03 weight%, niobium 0.01~0.03 weight%, manganese 0.03~0.1 weight%, phosphorus 0.005~0.03 weight%, copper 0.005~0.1 weight%, nickel 0.001~0.025 weight%, carbon less than 0.01weight%, silicone less than 0.02 weight%, sulfur less than 0.005 weight%, soluble aluminum 0.01~0.04 weight%, nitrogen less 0.005 weight%, boron 0.001~0.002 weight%, residual iron and inevitable impurities(S110).
