PURPOSE: Beef soup with sliced rice cake containing hemp, and a producing method thereof are provided to secure the nutrition balance of the beef soup with the sliced rice cake by adding hemp powder to rice powder for cooking the rice cake. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of beef soup with sliced rice cake comprises the following steps: washing non-glutinous rice and glutinous rice with cold water for 5~15minutes, and removing the moisture; crushing the non-glutinous rice and glutinous rice into 180~220meshes; removing radicels from fresh hemp, cutting into 3~7mm, and drying before crushing into powder; heating the non-glutinous rice powder and the glutinous rice powder for 30~60minutes at 50~70deg C; mixing the non-glutinous rice powder, the glutinous rice powder, the hemp powder, and sa steaming the mixture for 10~15minutes; and extruding to obtain rod shaped rice cake.
