PURPOSE: A method and a device for evaluating implicit attitude of a user are provided to extract independent variables and evaluate implicit attitude of a user about specific service or a product, thereby accurately recognizing the implicit attitude of the user. CONSTITUTION: Static information and dynamic information of a user are obtained(S1). Static information or dynamic information of expanded user is obtained from the static information or the dynamic information. Situation information of a user is obtained from the static information, the dynamic information, and static information or dynamic information of the expanded user(S2). A discrete correlation matrix between extracted independent variant is generated(S4). Implicit attitude of a user about service or a product is evaluated(S6).
