A hashing based data management method and apparatus are disclosed. In the hashing-based data management method, a storage space is divided into a data area and an index area, a data record is stored in the data area using a storage location pointer, and a pseudo key for the data record is stored using a preset hashing function. It can be used to retrieve the address of the hash bucket from the hash directory, and to store an entry for the data record in the hash bucket corresponding to the address of the retrieved hash bucket.;Hashing, hashing, data indexing
