The present invention relates to an organic semiconductor compound for organic thin film transistor (OTFT) and its use. More specifically, the present invention improves the solubility of a polymer material by introducing a thiophene group substituted with an alkyl group into the side chain of the polymer organic semiconductor compound used as the semiconductor layer material of the organic thin film transistor by repulsion of the main chain and the side chain. While conjugation with the side chain is maintained, the present invention relates to an organic semiconductor compound having a new structure and its use.
