A method of creating a nonstationary wave flow in the wind tunnel for research work flapping wing, characterized in that, before fixed on aerodynamic balance objects performing the forced reciprocating oscillatory motion is established lattice oscillating profiles imparting flow character of plane wave flow, which allows to carry out research in the field of unsteady aerodynamic over a wide range of frequencies, amplitudes, phase shift and character object and flow fluctuations.
