FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: method involves the administration of melaxen 18 mg/day, 9 mg at 14.00 and 18.00 in a preoperative period, on the day of operation, the melaxen administration is terminated; it is followed by 3D-multiplex HCT-angiography to determine a path and a diameter of a superficial temporal artery. Then, the operation to the extent of osteoplastic cephalotrypesis, total or subtotal oncotomy is performed; if instant histological result shows malignant glioma of degree III-IV malignancy and the temporal diameter of 2.2 mm and more, it is cannulated, and a thromboresistant catheter is inserted. On the fifth postoperative day, the melaxen administered again; on the tenth postoperative day after suture release, a course of intra-arterial chemotherapy on arterial autoblood with carboplatin infusion pump 150 mg for 5 hours is performed; the chemotherapy is followed by the 1-month melaxen administration.;EFFECT: use of the invention enables better results of the adjuvant chemotherapy, achieving tumour remission.;1 ex
