Partial resection of femoral neck is carried out only in anterior part. Head epiphysis is fixed to femoral neck with screw passed from anterior surface of neck into epiphysis in direction front-to-posterior, from bottom-to-top.;EFFECT: method ensures recovery of joint function, reduction of operation trauma and post-operational complications, stable fixation of femoral head epiphysis.;1 ex, 4 dwg
