After insertion of the branch into the formed channels, the femoral head is simultaneously withdrawn from the retroversion position, and its ablation is performed by pulling on the diaphysial pad, withdrawing it backwards until the median lines are passed through the long plate and the hip diaphysial, while maintaining a gap between the diaphysial pad and the diaphysis hip. By pressing the diaphysial pad to the hip diaphysis, displacement of the head downwards is eliminated. Plate fixing pad is placed on a large trochanter with screws directed outside the femoral neck canal.
