FIELD: transport.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ship building, particularly to design of all-purpose transformable ships, and to method of transforming fleet for particular shipment conditions. Proposed complex comprises at least one hull of towboat, at least four modules of the main power plants, at least two detachable modules of deck houses, and at least two hulls of nonselfpropelled barges to carry cargoes with closing holds. Note here that towboat upper deck and nonselfpropelled barge bow upper deck accommodate foundations with support elements and locking elements, pipelines and cables laid from deck house module foundation to that of main power plant module. Towboat and nonselfpropelled barge sterns have cutouts in hulls for supports and foundations of the main power plants to be installed therein.;EFFECT: maximum possible unification of complex components, easily transformable ships for diverse shipment tasks.;10 cl, 17 dwg
