FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention represents recombinant thermostable DNA-ligase Acidilobus sp 1904, demonstrating ligase activity in presence of magnesium ions, in the range of pH values from 6.8 to 7.4, sodium chloride concentrations from 0 to 100 mM. DNA-ligase consists of 607 amino acids and has weigh 68 kDa, determined by method of electrophoresis in polyacryl gel and has amino acid sequence SEQ ID N0:2.
