FIELD: machine building.;SUBSTANCE: signals on position of control units for fuel consumption, general air and smoke fumes are measured and compared to ensure reserve of boiler output required for primary control of frequency. There is chosen a maximal signal and it is supplied to an input of the controller limiting boiler load. This controller forms a signal of correction to a controller of unit power to reduce load of the boiler to a value, when the most open control body is maintained in the position close to complete opening with reserve required for increase of boiler load and unit power at deviations of frequency in circuit.;EFFECT: facilitation of reserve of primary power of unit; increased load of unit.;1 dwg
