FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: to evaluate the nanodispersed copper action on tumour growth in experiment, a suspension of copper nanoparticles in the concentration 1 mg/ml in physiologic saline is introduced in eight doses of 1.25 mg/kg each, at total dose of 10 mg/kg to male rats grouped in three suffering transplantable sarcoma 45. In the first group, the introduction is local, in a tumour, in the second group - intraperitoneal, while in the third reference group, physiologic saline is introduced in the amount 0.3 ml in a rat. The introduction is carried out on 9th, 10th, 12th, 13th, 19th, 20th, 22nd and 23rd post- transplantation days; the animals are killed on the 29 post- transplantation day. The nanodispersed copper action on tumour growth is described by the following criteria - tumour weight, tumour volume, efficiency index, tumour growth inhibition percentage, morphological changes in tumour tissue.;EFFECT: method allows evaluating the nanodispersed copper action on transplantable sarcoma-45 growth.;1 tbl
