In order to confirm role of infectious process in uteroplacental region in genesis of combination of threat of abortion and development of fetus growth retardation syndrome in future in pregnant women with symptoms of abortion threat leukocyte intoxication index is determined by formula: LII=segmentonuclear + stab + immature + myelocytes/monocytes + lymphocytes + eosinophils.
