Plasty of axillary, subclavian and subcapular regions are carried out by means of single muscular component, consisting of fragment of latissimus dorsi, greater pectoral muscle and minor pectoral muscle. Method makes it possible to eliminate lymphorrhea, prevent formation of lymphocele in axillary region and conditioned by it scarring.;EFFECT: method makes it possible to realise prevention of wound complications (post-operation wound festering, wound dehiscence, development of marginal necrosis of skin flaps, septicemia) and reduce post-mastectomy edema of upper extremity, improve cosmetic result and accelerate social and labour rehabilitation.;1 ex
