FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, specifically to surgery. A Wirsung's duct is stented with a catheter. A catheter is cut off at 1-1.5 cm and fixed to a gland. Four to five seromuscular monofilament 4/0 "П"-sutures are applied on a posterior wall of a jejunum at 1.5-2 cm from its border parallel to a lumen. Both filaments of each suture are delivered through a pancreatic parenchyma. A stick-in is placed at 1-1.5 cm from a posterior border of the pancreas, and a stick-out - at 1-1.5 cm from an anterior border of the gland. A inside uninterrupted suture is applied between the jejunal lumen and a resection surface of the pancreas. The filaments of the previous "П"-suture are used to apply seromuscular sutures on an anterior surface of the jejunum perpendicularly at 1 cm from an edge of the uninterrupted suture. A pancreatic stump is invaginated in the the jejunal lumen. The sutures are tied up either till touch, or on points of joined branches of a clamp. Lateral walls of the anastomosis are reinforced with an interrupted suture.;EFFECT: method allows avoiding pancreatic tissue cutting, creating a leak-proof anastomosis, and providing adequate pancreatic secretion outflow.;5 dwg
