A method for applying pancreatojejunal anastomosis at pancreatectomy comprises the forming of invagination anastomosis between main Wirsung's duct and cavity of small intestine. Before forming of anastomosis the cut of pancreas stump is sutured along the plane so that to strangulate the parenchyma, gland ducts, vessels, leaving free the main Wirsung's duct.
