The pipe has ducts (19, 222) provided in an outer wall or a casing (20) and an inner wall (21) or jacket secured to the outer wall. Each duct comprises an anchoring structure e.g. fixed clamp (67), secured to the outer wall and a toroidal sealing member protruding longitudinally and radially with respect to the outer wall. A connecting structure (230) is arranged such that the structure slides around longitudinal ends of the ducts, between the anchoring structures, to connect the ducts together or separate the ducts. A removable linking unit (233) links the anchoring structures. The outer wall or casing is made of plastic.
