The implant has pedicel screws (1), a spacer (3) and a clamping structure (4) arranged in such a manner that a connecting unit is clamped by the clamping structure in a form-fit manner between a retainer in a screw head and the spacer. The spacer is movable and the clamping of the connecting unit is strengthened under increased axial force of an elastic bar (2). The spacer can turn around a point, which is common to the clamping structure.
