The clamp has a spring (30) e.g. flat spring or coil spring, arranged between end pieces (13, 26) of respective contact pieces (10, 20), where elastic force of the spring causes contact force in upper and lower clamping spaces (35, 36). The upper clamping space is formed between an end piece (11) of the contact piece (10) and the end piece (26). The lower clamping space is formed between the end piece (13) and an end piece (29) of the contact piece (20). The contact pieces are made of copper, brass or steel are pivoted against each other.
