The method involves inserting two tool kits with two die plates (4, 13) and male molds (6, 12) into a press (1), where the tool kits are commonly opened and arranged one above the other. One of the male molds is suitably formed to one of the die plates. The other die plate is formed suitably to the other male mold of the tool kits. Molding blanks (7, 9) are inserted into each tool kit with opened tool kits. Formed and/or stamped parts (8, 14) are formed with an operation cycle of the press during pressing the kits, where metal or plastic parts are manufactured as formed and/or stamped parts. An independent claim is also included for a press including a tool kit for manufacturing formed parts and/or stamped parts.
