The method for manufacturing molded parts and flat plate material made of paper plastic composite by compressing into a tool (6) under heat and pressure, is claimed. The tool is permanently heated or temporally heated for a respective holding time. The material to be compressed is heated by microwave radiation, where the developed composite material consists of alternating layers (4) made of paper (5) or cardboard (3) and a thermoplastic material. The compressing tool is flat on both sides and is a two- or multi-part mold. The developed part is made of three layers. The method for manufacturing molded parts and flat plate material made of paper plastic composite by compressing into a tool (6) under heat and pressure is claimed. The tool is permanently heated or temporally heated for a respective holding time. The material to be compressed is heated by microwave radiation, where the developed composite material consists of alternating layers (4) made of paper (5) or cardboard (3) and a thermoplastic material. The compressing tool is flat on both sides and is a two- or multi-part mold. The developed part is made of three layers, in normal case it is made of 5, 7, 9 and 11 layers. The part is produced by compressing with holding times of few seconds to few minutes at a temperature nearer to the melting point of the plastic. The surfaces of the compressed mold are smoothly polished or are provided with a structure, and have embossed or recessed patterns, signs, marks, designs or letterings. The cardboard coated on one side or both sides with the thermoplastic material previously in an independent production process is used as basic material. The cardboard coated with several layers is compressed in the tool, bonded and formed to a stable part. The moving direction of the coated cardboard material in the individual layers is distorted parallelly, at right-angle or at other angles against each other. The coated cardboard material for the individual layers is cut previously in the independent production process. A layer of another material is compressed together with the layer composite layer in the same compressing process, where the another material is similar or other type of paper or cardboard, similar or different type of plastic, wood veneer, felt, metal film or metal sheet, fabric or another fabric or fleece, is applied between layers of paper-plastic composite, and is applied on one or both outer surfaces of the paper-plastic composite. The molded part produced in previous step is bonded with further layers, where several molded parts produced in previous step are bonded with one another by heat and pressure. Independent claims are included for: (1) molded parts and flat plate material; and (2) a molded body.
