The method involves lowering a portion of an emulsifier in a stabilization process over an inner phase to instabilize a modified formulation according to Stokes law for providing oil drops whose diameter is larger than 4 micrometers. Additives e.g. sodium acrylate, sodium acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymer, and xanthan gum, are added in another stabilization process over an outer phase i.e. water. Liquid crystalline networks are formed by the emulsifier. An output formulation and the modified formulation are compared to make a difference in size of the oil drops.
