The system (1) has a pump (2) i.e. constant pump, driven by a drive motor (3) e.g. diesel engine and electric motor, for supplying loads e.g. hydraulic steering device. A conveyor line (5) of the pump is attached to a bypass device (12). Rotational speed of the drive motor is raised based on actuation of the loads. The bypass device generates a hydraulic control signal for raising the rotational speed of the drive motor. The bypass device is formed as a circulation pressure balance (11) arranged in a bypass line (10), which is guided from the conveyor line to a container (4).
