The method involves enclosing guide vanes of a turbine of a turbocharger with relatively small numbers of revolutions or with relative small moments or loads of an internal-combustion engine for increase of a responding mode of a turbocharger and for reduction of exhaust outlet noise under increase of a load pressure provided in a compressor of the turbocharger.
