The adjusting assembly comprises a supporting unit (10) with a liquid channel (16) and a projecting control edge profile. A spring disk (20) has a spring tab (22), where a damper liquid flow through the liquid channel, is adjusted with the elastic features. A control gap or a marginal gap is provided between an edge (24.1,24.2) of the elastic spring tab and an edge segment. Independent claims are also included for: (1) a method for producing an adjusting assembly; and (2) a vehicle damper for adjusting damping values.
