The terminal has a housing installation area (6) for accommodating electrical components (4) of electronics e.g. card reading device, display and keyboard, where the components are arranged at a side of a printed circuit board (1) that points in the direction of the installation area. The circuit board is electrically contacted with the components in the installation area by a spring contact element (2) during installation of the circuit board in the installation area. The contact element is arranged at an edge area of the board, and a contacting device (3) is arranged at the board.
