The processing device for kneading of dough, comprises a kneader-tub (5) drivable over a tub-driving motor rotatable around a tub-rotation axis for the reception of the dough to be kneaded, a kneading device (10), which protrudes in an operating position towards top into the kneader-tub. The tub-driving motor comprises a magnetic body (18, 18'), which is mounted along a circumferential section around the kneader-tub, a traveling-field generator (21, 21') for producing an electro magnetic drive traveling-field along the circumferential section around the kneader-tub, and a support frame. The processing device for kneading of dough, comprises a kneader-tub (5) drivable over a tub-driving motor rotatable around a tub-rotation axis for the reception of the dough to be kneaded, a kneading device (10), which protrudes in an operating position towards top into the kneader-tub. The tub-driving motor comprises a magnetic body (18, 18'), which is mounted along a circumferential section around the kneader-tub, a traveling-field generator (21, 21') for producing an electro magnetic drive traveling-field along the circumferential section around the kneader-tub, and a support frame for the kneading device, which comprises a frame support arranged on the side of the kneader-tub. The traveling-field generator serves for producing the electro magnetic traveling-field along a frame side circumferential section around the kneader-tub. The traveling-field generator is implemented so that the traveling-field is produced along a circumferential section, whose peripheral extension is greater than 80[deg] . The magnetic body is implemented as a peripheral ring around the kneader-tub. The kneader-tub is housed on a supporting frame separated from other supporting structure (6). The kneading device is rotatably driven over a kneader-driving motor around a kneading axis.
