The second reactor part volume is filled with a gas atmosphere. The first reactor part volume is partially filled with a fluid cell culture medium. The carrier membrane is mechanically workable through designing an external mechanical field size. The pore has an average diameter of 300-500 nm. The average pore density is 5x 10 7-5x 10 8pores/cm 2of the surface of the carrier membrane. The carrier membrane consists of rubber, natural rubber, silicon rubber and/or protein such as elastin. The carrier membrane has a thickness of 50-200 mu m and an elastic breaking strain of 20-100% and is formable through a pneumatic and/or hydraulic control device that stands in direct fluidic connection with the first and/or second reactor part volume. The control device is implemented as two magnet valves (6, 7) and/or as a reciprocating piston. The first reactor part volume and/or the second reactor part volume disposes over a sterile filter (5) for pressure balance. The first and/or the second reactor part volume disposes over a nozzle (8) in which the respective reactor volume is bringable over an external material. The first reactor part volume comprises a servo-valve with which a wetting of the carrier membrane is possible. The first reactor part volume and/or the second reactor part volume comprises a measuring device for the detection of the membrane deformation. The measuring device is a combination of LEDs, a charge-coupled device-array, a laser and/or detectors, and a capacitive measuring device such as two flat electrodes that are arranged in first and second reactor part volume, and/or a mechanical measuring device. The type of the cell is lung epithelial cells, vessel epithelial cells, intestinal epithelial cells and/or main epithelial cells.
