The method involves cutting laminar base materials (90) e.g. thermoplastic polyolefin(RTM: polymer blends) and PVC, in length and breadth directions (L, B) for forming separated material-layers (10) along the length direction. One of the material-layers is delivered into a processing device by a delivery device i.e. chain. A projection section is received by the delivery device for shifting the material layers. The delivery device is engaged in a recess section. The material layer is deformed in the processing device for manufacturing plastic components. An independent claim is also included for a manufacturing device for separation of laminar base materials, comprising a cutting device.
