The handle has a locking element i.e. locking ball (14), cooperating with a corresponding locking unit i.e. locking groove (12), at a working instrument (4) i.e. conical nipple. An actuating element i.e. lever (22), is provided in the handle. The ball is moved between a locking position in which the ball cooperates with the locking unit, and a releasing position in which the ball does not cooperate with the locking unit, by the actuating element. The ball and the lever are formed in such a manner that the locking element is permanently held in the locking position or the releasing position.
