The method for producing components from refractory metals, comprises melting powdered components from the refractory metals by electron beam melting in point-wise manner, and developing the components in its end form or in a near-net-shape contour. The electron beam melting is a generative electron beam melting for producing the components from the materials such as molybdenum, tantalum, rhenium and tungsten and its alloys. The melting is carried out in point-wise manner and a high-frequency digital deflection technique is carried out for forming the components. The method for producing components from refractory metals, comprises melting powdered components from the refractory metals by electron beam melting in point-wise manner, and developing the components in its end form or in a near-net-shape contour. The electron beam melting is a generative electron beam melting for producing the components from the materials such as molybdenum, tantalum, rhenium and tungsten and its alloys. The melting is carried out in point-wise manner and a high-frequency digital deflection technique is carried out for forming the components to the application and/or is produced on the basis of the digital deflection technique of the products. The production of the component is carried out in a double-walled vacuum chamber.
