The method involves converting heat into a technical operation by a cyclic process that works according to an operating principle of Clausius-Rankine-, joule-Brayton-, petrol-, diesel- and/or stirling-process. A medium e.g. ammonia and/or water-ammonia solution, is cooled from one temperature another temperature by another cyclic process that converts the heat into another technical operation. The two technical operations are converted into electrical power, where the latter cyclic process works according to an operating principle of organic-Rankine-cycle e.g. Kalina process. An independent claim is also included for a device for generating a technical operation.
