The method involves producing an electric signal according to mathematical function with concentration of a substance, determining sensitivity of sensor (S1, S2) on a precise defined substance, and converting the electrical signal to a digital measurement value by an analog-to-digital converter. The digitized measurement value is processed in form of a bit streams based on radio frequency identification (RFID) technology, and the bit streams are transmitting to a receiver. The measurement value is supplied to arbitrary re-utilization by the receiver. An independent claim is also included for a measurement device including sensors.
