The method involves periodically alarming a measurement system placed on an agricultural cultivation land, and measuring values of physical parameters by the measurement system. The measured values are immediately and wirelessly transmitted to a central server remote from the measurement system. The transmission of the measured values is carried out by associating a sensor identification, a serial number of the measurement system and an interface channel number that communicates a wireless transmission unit with the measurement system. An independent claim is also included for a device for capturing a physical variable value on an agricultural cultivation land.
