The controller has a switching element (4) designed as an opener i.e. semiconductor relay, and a smart high-speed charging device (2) provided with an electronic charging circuit. A monitoring unit i.e. control module (5), is provided for network recognition. The control module provides signals to the charging device and the switching element, and obtains input data from electricity mains. The control module determines energy requirement of an electronic installation apparatus, and the charging device monitors a charging process of an energy storage unit (3).
