The conditioner (1) has a tempering device (3) tempering a storage (2), and a monitoring device (4) monitoring a preset air humidity in the storage. A supply unit is designed in form of a rotation atomizer (5) for supply of water into the storage. The rotation atomizer has a propulsion unit (6) i.e. electromotor, with a shaft (7) and an atomizer device (8) that is driven via the shaft. The atomizer has a mounting element under the propulsion unit for gas-tight separation of the propulsion unit from the atomizer device. The mounting element has a plate with fixing devices and an annular seal.
