The method for thermally activated diffusion welding of two surfaces pressed together with welding temperature of two components from a sinterable material under formation of a cavity, comprises inserting an insertion part into the cavity. One of the cavities is formed through opposite recesses into both surfaces. The insertion part completely fills the cavities with the welding temperature. One of the insertion parts is inserted with a thermal expansion coefficient higher than the material of the two components. The insertion part comprises a coating from a plain medium. The method for thermally activated diffusion welding of two surfaces pressed together with welding temperature of two components from a sinterable material under formation of a cavity, comprises inserting an insertion part into the cavity. One of the cavities is formed through opposite recesses in both surfaces. The insertion part completely fills the cavities with the welding temperature. One of the insertion parts is inserted with a thermal expansion coefficient higher than the material of the two components. The insertion part comprises a coating from a plain medium. One of the cavities is a single open channel structure and the insertion part is pulled out after the diffusion welding from the cavity. One of the insertion parts is inserted with the thermal expansion coefficient same or almost same in the comparison to the material of the two components and remains after the diffusion welding into the cavity.
