The board (1) has a rectangular rotating outer frame (4) provided with four frame walls (5), where a switching equipment is provided at bottom of the frame walls. The switching equipment has T-shaped hooks (8) provided at two of the frame walls and feedthroughs for the T-shaped hooks at the other two frame walls. A slab (3) is detachably secured on a top surface of a plastic grid plate (2) and includes same peripheral dimensions as that of a grid-carrier plate and made of elastic material, where a surface area of the slab is made of soft rubber/plastic.
