The brake disk (10) has a hub body (16) which has hub connection (12) and a transition region (14). A friction ring (18) is connected to the transition region. The transition region of the brake disk is formed such that the brake disk acts as vibration absorber for chassis damping, whose natural frequency is balanced on the frequency of the occurred chassis vibrations through the design of the transition region.
