The device has three-dimensional movable grippers for taking out and resetting cartridges (4) from and/or into a rotatable drum storage (2), where the cartridges contain different tablets and are adapted for a single tablet delivery. A control unit controls movements of the storage and the grippers based on a prescription for a patient-customized package (28). A prestoring plate (22) is provided with cups with movable base plates for receiving the tablets before filling the package, where each gripper is provided with gripping units (10) displaced around 180 degree with respect to each other.
