The central valve (12), for a swivel motor control, has a hollow piston within a bush. It has, in an axial succession, a radial oil supply connection (P) and two radial working connections (B,A). A tank outflow connection (T) is at the end. Fluid flows from the first working connection (B) past the second (A) when it is supplied with oil and the second connection is closed. The tank outflow channel is limited by a top (35) into which the bush is pushed.
