Formulation in the form of a film-coated tablet comprising: (a) Desogestrel and (B) several pharmaceutically acceptable excipients / carriers in the tablet core (c) further pharmaceutically acceptable excipients / carriers in the film coating, characterized in that the components are present in the following quantities: (a) 0.14-0.15 wt% of desogestrel (b) 85.5-97% by weight of cellulose-microcrystalline (MCC), hydroxypropylcellulose (HPC) crossarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate (c) 2.6-6.0 wt% of hypromellose, talcum, titanium dioxide, each weight refers to the entire formulation.
