The device has four pegs to fix a beach towel, a bath sheet or a beach mat on sand, where each peg includes an upper jaw (1) articulating on an axle rod (2) fixed on a lower jaw (3). Each peg comprises a helical spring (6) on a guide pin placed in each jaw to ensure closed position of the two jaws in rest position. A lower part of the device comprises two wings (8) to improve the stability of the device in loose soil.
