The reservoir has a closed space (12) defined by internal walls of a hollow body of a cradle (10) of a vehicle i.e. motor vehicle. An insulating material i.e. rubber, (11) is coated on the internal walls of the hollow body. An oil inlet tapping (21) allows pouring of oil from an engine i.e. internal combustion engine, through an oil sump (3) of the vehicle. An oil outlet tapping discharges the oil to the oil sump of the vehicle. A drain plug (24) is situated in a bottom (10F) of the cradle of the vehicle.
